System Restore
All your files, pictures, music, etc should be copied and saved prior to our arrival, because a System Restore will delete every program, file, and change all operating system settings back to the original factory condition.

Customer provides Restore CD's / DVD's with the Certificate of Authenticity or Verification Key (provided with every version of Windows),
or if unavailable, the restore data is already available (partitioned) on your hard drive

If customer can not provide Restore CD's / DVD's, or the Restore data is not partitioned on the hard drive, then we'll manually restore your hard drive

"What's the difference of tuning up my computer using either

Answer:
COMputerAnswers technicians never use utility software! Our professional computer tune-up procedures are performed manually by reviewing, then assessing which operating system components actually need to be adjusted.
It is a problem-solving process!

Purchased tune-up programs will perform many operating system adjustments, and makes irreversible changes, but sometimes these changes can permanently damage your computer.

Freeware tune-up or repair programs can have the same disastrous results. They have also been known to install malware and spyware during a "tune-up".
Getting free tools comes with a price.

Question:
"If I install additional RAM or memory, will it give me the most speed, instead of a tune-up?"

Answer:
Additional memory will always increase computing speed, but never as much as having a full tune-up.

A full computer Tune-up performed correctly will clear the way for additional RAM memory to function at its full potential.

Additionally, a full computer tuneup could be the remedy to your slow computer instead of installing more memory.
