What is it?

What does it do?
As a tool, it takes advantage of the full capability to fix the registry settings which were written within the Windows® Operating Systems by the original Microsoft software engineers/programmers that re-wrote the Win98SE® OS installers. These registry tools are only ever used during a full re-install of the OS. It will reset the required registry settings to their default setting for each particular tool or item.
